(Real Estate Owned Specialist) By completing this course of study, Greg has learned the theory and skills necessary to work with banks, mortgage companies and other lending institutions regarding REO properties by performing Broker Price Opinions (BPO), Managing REO Properties and Selling REO properties.
C-CREC. (Consumer-Certified Real Estate Consultant) Designation. Launched in 2000 is the first international education program of its kind to train agents how to unbundle their services and skills by employing a fee-for-services consulting partnership with the consumer. This unique approach creates transparency for consumers, allowing them to customize what they need, and pay professional fees to receive it---just like other business professionals are compensated.
CLHMS. (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) Designation. Greg is a knowledgeable professional who has undergone extensive training in analyzing the luxury home market, providing quality service, and achieving effective results in the high-end residential market.
Resort & Second Home Niche Markets Certificate. This specialty focuses on the core essentials of assisting customers and clients in tourist-driven areas such as Maine and New Hampshire and other second-home markets.
SRES. Seniors Real Estate Specialist a designation addressing the needs of home buyers age 50-plus.
ASR. Accredited Sellers Representative each designee (Seller Agent) must hold and exemplify a strong commitment to exceed seller expectations throughout all aspects of the real estate transaction. ASR® Seller Agents are trained and committed to deliver to today's seller true "value added services."

Kathy’s Real Estate career began 30+ years ago when she was first licensed in 1978 in Connecticut. After 11 years experience in corporate global logistics*, with consultative selling experience working at board level within international companies, her real estate career came full circle as she and her business partner/husband Greg, opened RE/MAX Seacoast Region in Kennebunk in 2003 and then established Gosselin Realty Group in
York, in 2010.
Witnessing the evolution of the Real Estate Industry, she is proud of the dramatic changes that have occurred during this period. “The industry has achieved a greater degree of professionalism, and our clients and customers are provided with a greater level of service than ever before.” Kathy is currently working on completing the GRI designation, considered the nation’s number one real estate designation.
A resident of the Seacoast Region for 20+ years Kathy’s interests are varied - sailing the coast from Bar Harbor to Nantucket with her husband Greg – skiing - running - playing with their Black Lab, and is also a licensed Commercial Pilot with instrument rating.

David Burgess, Associate Broker licensed in Maine and New Hampshire, specializes in Seacoast Luxury Homes, Vacation Homes, Investment Properties, and Commercial Real Estate. Before deciding to settle in the Seacoast area David lived in Manhattan, designing and selling communication systems to Wall Street banking firms. After being captured by the beauty of the seacoast of Southern Maine, David permanently relocated and resides in Ogunquit and has been a part of the local community for the past 12 years. David enjoys the ocean, lakes and mountains in the area and is an avid collector of antiques.
David has always believed that an effective real estate partner has to be many things: creative, entrepreneurial, and knowledgeable of the local market and community. He has demonstrated these attributes and established a solid presence in the local community.
What he enjoys most about real estate is the relationships he builds with clients as he guides them through a potentially stressful time by making it an enjoyable experience.
