Karen brings over 30 years of real estate expertise as a Realtor in commercial, residential and land sales and development to the Gosselin Team.  She worked on the commercial team that built Copley Place in Boston and re-located to Maine where she opened and operated her own agency for 25 years in Ogunquit while raising her children.

Prior to associating with the Gosselin Realty Group, she took a hiatus to pursue a life-long passion of becoming certified as a horticulturist in Florida.  Today she volunteers as a Maine Master Gardener, Florida Master Gardener and Florida Master Naturalist.  A long-time member of the Seacoast community, she is intimately familiar with the area and its people.  She served several terms in municipal government and was a founding member who served 16 years, several as President, on the Ogunquit Playhouse Foundation and left due to term limits.
